If an MP3 player was dropped in the toilet is considered more appropriate to use?

My mp3 player works very well, luck, but now I wonder, as clean as I could with alcohol and lots of soap, the player is regarded as clean, because there is no way I can clean the inside? The germs of the toilet does not matter because everything is drying?
