HELP! I have to write a brief SOAP note. 30 years of age with symptoms of acid reflux?
I need to use acronyms and abbreviations related medical terminology. The SOAP note is a 30 year old woman with signs of acid reflux disease. Also, are there any good sites that have acronyms and abbreviaitons associated with medical terminology? PLEASE HELP! It is very confusing to me. I understand that acromyns and abbreviations, but some have different meanings. Thank you!
